Fleetkeur is a compliance pre-check tool. We compare your stops, vehicles, and kentekens against published Dutch LEZ/ZE rules and exemption portals at the time of the check. We are not a regulated legal advisor, the Dutch government, the RDW, or your insurer.
Fleetkeur output is a best-effort technical reading of public ordinances. You remain solely responsible for the legality of your dispatch decisions. We will not reimburse fines.
Fleetkeur API is rate-limited per the published spec. You may not resell or white-label Fleetkeur output to third parties without a written reseller addendum. You may not scrape or mirror our compliance datasets.
Pilot tier: best-effort, no SLA. Fleet Pro: 99% monthly uptime target; we issue pro-rata service credits for any month under 95%.
Total liability for any claim is capped at fees paid to Fleetkeur in the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect, consequential, lost-profit, and punitive damages are excluded. This cap does not apply where Dutch or US law mandates otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. EU consumer-law mandatory protections still apply where you are a consumer in the EU. Disputes go to the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules require otherwise.
We’ll email at least 30 days notice for any change that materially reduces your rights. Other updates take effect on the “Last updated” date above.
